Sleep over rated?

Not according to Arriana Huffington. I agree sleep helps stay focused and healthy. I still am a night owl.

  1. I'm a night owl, too. Always feel more creative after midnight. But its problematic when I want to go to sleep earlier and can't. Even if I'm not trying to do anything creative, I lay in bed and my mind is racing.
